Mobility – EU countries (Erasmus+ KA131)

All doctoral students of the University of Bialystok have the opportunity to participate in international mobility under the Erasmus+ program in three forms: traineeships (SMT), blended intensive programs (BIP), and study mobility (SMS).

Both long-term mobilities and short-term blended mobilities are available.

BIP mobility can be carried out either through recruitment organized by UwB or by applying directly to a foreign university (with the approval of the Doctoral School Coordinator).

Study mobility (SMS) takes place at partner universities that have agreements covering doctoral-level education. Recruitment is conducted by the Doctoral School Coordinator, and after being selected, students are required, among other things, to apply to the partner university, prepare a Learning Agreement, and meet formal requirements (e.g. obtain an EHIC).

Mobility – non-UE countries (Erasmus+ KA171)

The University of Bialystok also cooperates in the field of educational mobility with higher education institutions from third countries not associated with the Erasmus+ program. Within the Erasmus+ KA171-2024 projects, doctoral students of the UwB Doctoral School may undertake mobility to selected universities outside the European Union participating in these projects.
